Dear friends, fans and music lovers,

As I look back on my musical journey, I am filled with gratitude for the moments that shaped me as a musician and as a person. When I first arrived in New York in the early 1990s, I was surrounded by energy, creativity, and endless possibilities. It was there that I had the honour of working alongside extraordinary artists such as Chick Corea, Brad Mehldau, and so many others who inspired and challenged me.

Out of those years came my very first albums: Adama (1998), Devotion (1999), Colors (2000), and Unity (2001). Each of them tells a piece of the story: my roots, my dreams, my search for sound and connection. These recordings hold the spirit of discovery, the pulse of New York, and the beginnings of the musical path I continue to walk today.

Now, for the first time, these four albums return together as a newly remastered box set: The Early Years 1998–2001. With renewed depth and clarity, I’m excited to share this music again – both with those of you who have been with me since the beginning, and with a new generation discovering it for the first time.

A beautifully remastered box set, while honouring the original sound that started it all, including bonus live comments from Avishai and the band from the original tapes of the album Unity.
